The Internet, the media, as well as all other sources, flood us with all kinds of diets. In some cases, however, thousands of people around the world follow the same dietary rules, but they do not produce the promised results. Here you will find examples of the most unsuccessful diets in the world, which, however, have successfully attracted a huge number of followers.

Raw food diet - one of the most modern, recently released diets. Her practice involves the consumption of foods that have not undergone any heat treatment. However, this poses huge health risks, as the body needs proteins that are virtually lacking in this diet.

Low fat diet - This popular in the 90's diet promotes the idea that the consumption of unlimited amounts of low-fat foods leads to weight loss. However, it was later found that low-fat foods actually contained more sugar than others. And sugar is not dietary.

Carnivorous diet - Eat unlimited amounts of animal protein (meat, cheese, eggs), strictly avoiding carbohydrates, even those in fruits and nuts. With this diet, unlike the above two, you actually lose weight. But not only.

Exhaustion occurs, lack of tone, and cholesterol levels inevitably rise. Also, the work of the liver is significantly hampered and if you stick to this diet for too long, you can get into serious trouble.

Cabbage soup diet - extremely popular, through which you lose weight, but in a drastic way. The consequence - as soon as you stop eating cabbage soup, the weight will return.

The three stupidest diets:

Lazy diet - According to the ideology of this diet, if you lead a sedentary lifestyle and reduce the calories you eat, you will begin to lose weight without moving. In this way, you only risk losing muscle mass, becoming lean or, if you can't control yourself and leading a sedentary life, by eating the wrong foods, to obesity.

Biscuit diet - if you eat only "healthy" biscuits, you will deprive your body of everything else it needs to function normally. And if you eat chocolate or sugar biscuits… Well, what do you think? !!

Alcohol diet - The recently introduced by some celebrities "drunk" regime, starts in the morning, with the consumption of alcohol of choice. The idea is for the dieter to drink enough to feel a little dizzy and not think about eating. With this diet, in addition to the most likely to develop anorexia, you get liver problems, as well as the most likely diagnosis: an alcoholic.

Is everything worth it in the name of the perfect figure? Hardly.
