It is also believed that the herb can help fight cellulite. It is also widely used in the fight against weight gain - you can drink the infusion only from thunder or in combination with other herbs.
Make a decoction of thunder in the following way - put half a liter of water on the stove to boil. Once it boils, pour a tablespoon of finely chopped roots of the herb.
Bring the mixture to a boil again for 5 minutes and remove from the heat. Then cool the mixture and strain - drink the decoction three times a day for 1 cup of coffee.
In chronic rheumatoid arthritis, mix 1 tsp. buckthorn, thunder, dill, horsetail. Pour the mixture into 600 ml of boiling water and add 2 tsp. juniper flowers.
Boil the mixture for three minutes, then let the herbs soak in water for another half hour and strain. Drink the decoction six times a day for 80 g - a quarter of an hour before and half an hour after a meal.
For colds, boil the following decoction - in 400 ml of boiling water put 1 tsp. thyme, linden, thunder, rosehip. Boil the mixture for three minutes and then let the herbs soak in the water for another quarter of an hour.
Finally strain and drink after a meal. Take 120 g, and the decoction must be warmed.
In chronic prostatitis mix 3 tsp. thunderbolt with 1 tsp. of horsetail, lemon balm, calendula, buckthorn, chamomile, dill and lemon balm.
Put the herbs in 500 ml of boiling water and boil for three minutes, then remove the decoction from the heat and let it stand for an hour. The decoction is taken 150 ml three times a day. It is advisable to drink it before meals.
If you have gallbladder disease, mix 50 g of mint leaves, 50 g of buckthorn bark, 30 g of blue cinquefoil and wormwood stalks, 60 g of thunderbolt roots and 20 g of primrose roots.
Stir the herbs and add 2 tbsp. of the mixture in half a liter of boiling water. Remove from the heat and let the decoction soak for an hour, then strain and drink 1 cup of coffee three times a day, preferably after a meal.
