If we talk about dairy cuisine, we need to learn how to prepare and milk porridge, which are especially necessary and useful for young children and older people. In addition, most milk porridges are recommended for patients suffering from diseases of the cardiovascular system, stomach, kidneys, liver and others.
The following recipes for milk porridge are designed specifically for this group of people, given that if you suffer from diabetes, they should be prepared without sugar and use an artificial sweetener.
Semolina milk porridge
Necessary products: 30 g semolina, 220 ml milk, 15 g sugar, 10 g butter, 200 ml water, 1 vanilla powder or a pinch of cinnamon
Method of preparation: The water is boiled and the semolina is gradually added to it, stirring constantly. Separately, the milk is boiled, the butter, sugar and vanilla are dissolved in it and this milk mixture is poured into the semolina and water. Everything mixes well. Optionally it can be sprinkled with cinnamon.
Milk-rice porridge
Necessary products: 25 g rice, 100 ml milk, 5 g butter, 15 g sugar
Method of preparation: The washed and cleaned rice is filled with water and boiled for about 10 minutes. The milk is boiled and the rice is added to it, after which the stove is reduced and the sugar and butter are added with constant stirring. Vanilla can be added if desired.
Children's butter-flour porridge
Necessary products: 10 g flour, 10 g butter, 8 g sugar, 100 ml milk
Method of preparation: Fry the flour lightly with butter and add about 1 liter of water and milk, stirring constantly. Boil until the porridge thickens, then sweeten. If desired, a pinch of cinnamon can be added.
Milk-rice porridge with yellow cheese and tomatoes

Necessary products: 20 g rice, 100 ml milk, 15 g sugar, 5 g butter, 50 g yellow cheese, 3 tbsp. tomato sauce
Method of preparation: It is prepared as a milk-rice porridge, but finally the tomato sauce and grated yellow cheese are added. If you do not have yellow cheese, you can also use shredded cheese or cottage cheese.
