Necessary products: 400 ml fresh milk, 1 vanilla, 3 egg yolks, 100 g sugar, grated rind of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 200 g raspberries, 4 tbsp. Brown sugar.

Method of preparation: Separate 2 tablespoons of milk. and set aside. The rest is boiled together with the vanilla. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.

Beat the yolks, sugar and lemon zest. Add the starch dissolved in the separated milk. The resulting is poured into the milk boiled with vanilla. Put the mixture on the stove and bring to the boil. When completely cooled, add the washed and dried raspberries.

The result is divided into four bowls. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours to harden the cream.

Before serving, sprinkle the cream with brown sugar and leave for about 2 minutes under the grill in the oven or caramelize with a cream burner.

Necessary products: 500 ml of fresh milk, 2 eggs, 4 yolks, a pinch of vanilla, ½ cinnamon stick, 180 g of sugar.

Method of preparation: Boil the milk with the vanilla and cinnamon and remove from the heat. Beat the eggs, yolks and 80 g of sugar for about 10 minutes. Cinnamon is extracted from the milk. Pour the egg mixture into it. Put in a water bath and beat for 15 minutes until thickened.

The resulting mixture was cooled and stored in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. The remaining sugar is mixed with 125 ml of water and boiled over low heat to obtain a sauce. Drizzle the dessert with the sauce and leave in the fridge for another 30 minutes.

Necessary products: 500 ml fresh milk, 3 egg yolks, 1 tbsp. corn flour, 60 g sugar, the rind of half a lemon, 1 cinnamon stick.

Method of preparation: The flour is mixed with half the milk. Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan, along with the lemon zest and cinnamon. Beat the yolks with the sugar.

The milk is added gradually to the yolks in a thin stream and with constant stirring. Finally, add the flour dissolved in milk. The result is placed in the microwave for a maximum of 2 times for 2 minutes.

The cream is divided into bowls. Sprinkle with sugar, which is caramelized. Serve chilled.
