Einkorn / Triticum monococcum L. / is one of the oldest foods known to mankind. It is a cereal plant of the family Poaceae, genus Triticum. Einkorn is very rich in protein, it is also a very powerful antioxidant with excellent healing properties. Basically its mystery is that it is dry and cold-resistant, cleans the soil after itself, and even grows in radioactive areas without contamination. Selection and storage of einkorn
The nipples from spelt are most often sold in packages of 500 g. You can find them in specialty stores for healthy eating. Store them in tightly closed bags, in a dry and ventilated place so that they do not mold.

The ground one spelt is used very successfully for the preparation of various types of dough.
