Necessary products: 1 onion, 2 carrots, 3 medium potatoes, 50 g butter, 200 g frozen peas, 1/2 bunch finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation: Onions and carrots are chopped and put in boiling salted water. After about 10 minutes, add the sliced potatoes and after the products soften, add the butter. Mash everything, add more salt, if necessary, and at low heat add the frozen peas, which will be ready in about 10 minutes. The resulting soup is seasoned with black pepper and sprinkled with parsley.
Frozen pea stew
Necessary products: 1 kg. peas, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 120 g oil, 2 tablespoons flour, salt, red and black pepper to taste, finely chopped dill and parsley to sprinkle
Method of preparation: Stew the onion in a little fat, add more water and after it boils, add the peas. When it softens, mix the flour and red pepper with the finely chopped tomatoes and pour into the pan. After thickening the sauce, which takes place after about 10 minutes, add the black pepper and more salt, if necessary, and finally sprinkle with dill and parsley.
