4. Burgers
Beef, pork or poultry can be a breeding ground for bacteria. All viruses on the surface of the meat, before being minced, eventually spread in the process of digestion. The color is also not a reliable indicator of whether the burger is cooked enough. Therefore, the internal temperature must be measured with a special thermometer and be at least 70 degrees.
5. Tuna
If you think you can tell if a fish is spoiled by the smell, you may be wrong. When raw fish is not stored properly, it can cause something called stromboid poisoning and does not develop an odor, so you can't smell it. Tuna tend to cause this type of poisoning as do leper, mahi-mahi and sea snails.
Fish infected with this bacterium may taste burnt or spicy and may cause a rash on your face or upper body, as well as the usual symptoms of food poisoning. This fish should be cooked to an internal temperature of 60 degrees.
6. Green salads
You may be surprised to find salads in the list of foods that can poison you, but this is a good reminder that you should wash or cook them well before eating. 7. Sprouts
