After frying, start cutting the baguette into slices - spread with a little olive oil or vegetable oil and put a tablespoon of the mixture. Then grate goat cheese on top and bake in a moderate oven for a short time.

The next suggestion is for stuffed eggplants, which can be served not only as an appetizer. If you make a topping of a few eggs and fresh milk with the recipe, you will get eggplant moussaka, which is a great summer dish. But back to the appetizers.

First you need to cut the eggplant stalks and cut them in half. You should use a spoon to carve the vegetables. Put the eggplant boats in a little fat and water to simmer briefly on the stove. After removing them, in the same fat put finely chopped onions, grated potatoes, the inside of the eggplant and grated tomatoes.

Add garlic to taste. Season with a pinch of oregano. Once fried, remove from the heat and fill the boats with vegetables. Arrange in a pan, covering each half with slices of tomato. Bake in a moderate oven until the tomatoes change color.

Eggplant bites are a recipe in which you can improvise. First, cut the aubergines into slices and grill, maybe on a grill pan. Then sprinkle them with dill, mixed lightly with lemon and olive oil and cover for about an hour.

Meanwhile, cut pieces of tomato, sausage, hard cheese. Prepare garlic powder and a little salt. Take the eggplant slice and put the pieces on top of each other, then sprinkle lightly with spices and stick with toothpicks. If you wish, you can bake for twenty minutes. However, you can also eat these cold bites.
