You need 300 grams of lentils, half a liter of chicken broth, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons oil or olive oil, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 pinch hot pepper, 1 bunch parsley, half a teaspoon coriander, a pinch salt.

Fry the chopped onion in a pan. Add the crushed garlic mixed with cinnamon, coriander, salt. Add the lentils and pour over the hot broth.

Once it boils, reduce the heat and cook for about half an hour until the lentils are cooked through. The finished soup is sprinkled with pepper and chopped parsley.
