Bruschettas with tomatoes
Necessary products: 4 slices of bread, 2 tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, fresh basil, salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation: Wash the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut them into cubes. Season with cold pressed olive oil, salt and pepper. The basil leaves are washed, chopped and added to the tomatoes.
The slices of bread are toasted well on both sides. Spread with olive oil. Garnish the slices with the tomato mixture and serve.
Neapolitan crostoni
