The most characteristic of ritual bread is that it is usually made in a round shape, on a pie. Depending on the holiday, it is decorated with stylized dough figures of objects, animals or symbols, which we usually associate with the respective holiday.

1 kg of flour

Preparation:

Sift the flour into a wide pan and make a well in the middle. Yeast is added to the slightly warmed milk. Separately beat the yolks with the sugar until smooth. Proteins are also understood by salt.
