Method of preparation: The bones are washed, placed in a deep vessel and flooded with boiling water. Leave on low heat for about 3 hours and add the vegetables and spices. Leave everything for another 30-40 minutes until fully cooked, then strain the broth, if necessary, add more spices and lemon juice and serve in glasses.
Strong beef broth
Necessary products: 200 g beef bones, 300 g beef, 1 piece celery 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 red pepper, 1 bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste.
Method of preparation: The bones and meat are washed and cut. Place in a suitable container, add the bay leaf and pour cold water. After boiling, reduce the heat and leave for about 3 hours, not forgetting to remove the foam that forms on the surface of the pan.
Then the washed vegetables and other spices are added to them and everything is boiled until the products are completely ready. The broth is filtered and ready for consumption.
