The preparation of broth is among the easiest household chores. In addition to taking almost no time, broths are extremely beneficial to our health. Here are tips on how to make chicken or beef broth:
Plain chicken broth
Necessary products: 500 g chicken with bones, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 piece of parsnip and 1 piece of celery, 1 tbsp butter, lemon juice, parsley and salt to taste.
Method of preparation: The meat together with the bones is cut into large pieces and put to boil. After removing the foam, it is salted and after about 1 hour the grated vegetables are added to it and everything boils until the products are completely ready. Strain the broth and season with lemon juice, finely chopped parsley and butter. As an addition to the broth you can cut 1 hard boiled egg.
Diet chicken broth: 500 g chicken fillet, 1 piece of parsnip and 1 piece of celery, lemon juice, very little salt, finely chopped parsley.
Method of preparation: Boil the chicken and after removing the foam add all the spices without lemon juice and parsley. Once everything is ready, strain the broth and add parsley and lemon juice.
Traditional beef broth: 400 beef breast with bone, 1 finely chopped carrot, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 slice of celery, 1 bay leaf, 2 tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation: Boil the veal together with the bones. After removing the foam, add salt, celery and bay leaf. After about 2 hours, add carrot and onion to the broth. Once all the products are ready, add the peeled and finely chopped tomato and black pepper. The broth prepared in this way is filtered and ready to serve.
Strong beef broth, suitable for severely exhausted body
Necessary products: 200 g beef ribs, 200 g beef, 1 grated carrot, half a head grated onion, finely chopped celery slice, a few sprigs of finely chopped parsley, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, salt to taste.
Preparation: Beef ribs and beef are washed and boiled. Leave on low heat for about 2-3 hours, until the meat begins to separate from the bone. Add onion, carrot, celery and salt and cook until fully cooked. Strain the broth and add the lemon juice and parsley to the pre-drained liquid.
