Traditional beef broth: 400 beef breast with bone, 1 finely chopped carrot, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 slice of celery, 1 bay leaf, 2 tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation: Boil the veal together with the bones. After removing the foam, add salt, celery and bay leaf. After about 2 hours, add carrot and onion to the broth. Once all the products are ready, add the peeled and finely chopped tomato and black pepper. The broth prepared in this way is filtered and ready to serve.

Strong beef broth, suitable for severely exhausted body

Necessary products: 200 g beef ribs, 200 g beef, 1 grated carrot, half a head grated onion, finely chopped celery slice, a few sprigs of finely chopped parsley, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, salt to taste.
