The salad can be sauerkraut or roasted pepper with lots of onions. If you still prefer something different, make a delicious turnip and carrot salad. We offer you a different version of the red pepper somersault, and to prepare it you will need:
Dried pepper salad
Necessary products: 10 dried red peppers, 4 onions, 1 garlic clove, 3 eggs, vinegar, oil and salt to taste
Method of preparation: Peel the peppers and cut them into pieces, then put them in a saucepan and cover with water. Add salt, oil and vinegar, as well as finely chopped garlic. Bake the onion in the oven, then peel it and cut into slices.
Put it next to the peppers and turn on the stove - cook over medium heat. After the water boils, turn off the heat and let the peppers cool to strain the salad. Put it in a suitable bowl and add the hard-boiled eggs, which we have cut into cubes. Pour into a plate and top with some of the marinade.
The main thing we will offer will be pork chops. Recently, a lot of attention is paid to the turkey, which is traditionally cooked in the United States. That's why we chose something different, here is the recipe:
Christmas pork chops
Necessary products: 800 g pork chops, 200 g mushrooms, 150 g carrots, 3 onions, 1 tsp. flour, oil and butter, ground black pepper, salt to taste
For the sauce are needed - 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. white wine, 1 tbsp. flour, ground black pepper
Method of preparation: Knock the steaks, add salt and pepper and arrange them in a suitable dish - cover with onion slices, then close with a lid and leave for 12 hours in a cool place. Then remove the slices, roll the steaks in flour and put them to fry in hot oil.
Once sealed on both sides, take them out and arrange in a pan, place the pre-stewed carrots and mushrooms on top, as well as cubes of hard butter. Put red wine in the pan - about ΒΎ teaspoon, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes in a strong oven.
Then remove the foil and bake in a moderate oven until done. Make the sauce as follows - fry the flour in the fat, then add the wine, salt and pepper. Stir until the sauce thickens.

Necessary products: 2 eggs, 1 lemon and 1 pc. lemon essence, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp. oil, 2 tsp. flour, 1 pack. baking powder, 400 g yogurt, Β½ tsp. soda, 50 g sesame seeds or chopped walnuts
Method of preparation: Beat the two eggs together with the sugar and oil, then add the yoghurt in which you have "quenched" the soda. Add grated rind of one lemon and the essence. The flour, pre-sifted and together with the baking powder, you start to add to the other products. Finally, add the nuts or sesame seeds. Bake in a cake pan at 150 degrees in a preheated oven.
