With apples we can prepare very tasty desserts, but this fruit is often used as a side dish to pork or as an addition to salads - in combination with blue cheese, for example. We have prepared three recipes for desserts with apples.
The first is quite easy and is suitable for summer - fruit salad with apples. Very light dessert and at the same time sweet, and for its preparation, except for the stay in the refrigerator, it takes very little time. Here's what you need:
Fruit salad with apples and milk
Necessary products: 2 apples, 3 tablespoons cherry jam, strained milk, 4 kisses, tangerine, raisins
Method of preparation: Cut the tangerine and apples into small pieces and start arranging in suitable tall glasses - fruit, milk, broken kisses, raisins. The last layer should be milk. Put some of the cherry jam on top and leave in the fridge to cool.
Our next offer is a cake that becomes very tasty, but keep in mind that its preparation will take you a little longer. Here is the recipe:
Apple and raisin cake
Necessary products for the dough: 60 g butter, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons sugar, 220 g flour, 1 pack. baking powder, vanilla
Necessary products for the filling: 3-4 apples, 3 tablespoons raisins, 2 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon to taste, 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs, rum
Method of preparation: From the products above, knead a nice dough. Spread it in a pan that you have previously greased - it would be best if you have a cake form. Bake in a preheated oven for ten minutes at 220 degrees.
Then take out the tray and put the filling that you have prepared in advance. Grate the apples and squeeze lightly, add the raisins and other rum-free products. Mix well and pour into the dough. Bake on the grill for about 20-30 minutes in a moderate oven. Once it is ready, it is sprayed with rum.
Apple cake
Necessary products: 1 kg of apples, 1 pack. butter, 6 tbsp. sugar, 3 eggs, flour, cinnamon, 3 tbsp. powdered sugar, breadcrumbs, vanilla, 1 pack. baking powder
Method of preparation: Separate the yolks from the whites. Add the yolks one by one to the butter and powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add the flour mixed with the baking powder - it should become as thick as cake batter.
Put in a suitable tray or cake tin - pre-greased and sprinkled with flour. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, then add the apples, which you cut into pieces and flavored with half the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Bake the cake, then finish by spreading it with the beaten egg whites and the remaining sugar - add vanilla for flavor.
