Otherwise, wheat is consumed in the morning, noon and evening in equal parts for only nine days. It can be lightly boiled, not just steamed, but also flavored with grated apples, honey and walnuts.
During the diet, drink plenty of water, it is recommended that it be boiled. All other foods and beverages are excluded, and cigarettes, alcohol and coffee are strictly forbidden.
On the tenth day it is fasted, and to the wheat at lunch and dinner is added the so-called angel soup (whole peeled potatoes, parsley, lemon, water, a little salt). An important condition is to chew 99 times. It sounds wasteful, but it is a fact that you will feel full on the third bite. In the days after the end of the regime you should not overeat.
