How to make watermelon with mastic and what do we need?

For starters, you must have watermelon and mastic to avoid any confusion, in addition, you will need a large syringe with a needle as thick as possible. If you have a small needle and syringe, filling may take too long.

You will need patience regardless of the size of the syringe, because the injection is difficult the first time, but the pleasure you will feel from consuming it later will confirm that the work on the recipe was definitely worth it.

If your watermelon is 10 kg, you will need a liter of mastic. It is good to put 100 ml. per kilogram of watermelon. Inject the alcohol carefully and slowly into the fruit. When you're done, immediately store the watermelon in the refrigerator and leave it to cool nicely, and the mastic to distribute - let it stand for at least 4 - 6 hours.
