The dinner menu does not always have to include salad, appetizer, main course and dessert. In fact, most housewives prepare so many dishes only if they are expecting guests. After all, a four-course menu is a little too much for a regular dinner for two.

This, of course, does not prevent us from pampering our loved ones at home with a different recipe - we can make only one dish, but it becomes so delicious that the lack of appetizer is not felt at all.

We offer you a sample menu for dinner, as we have selected two menus with one main dish. There is a dessert on one menu and a salad on the other. Here are the recipes:

We start with the salad recipe. For it you will need about 400 g of red beets, peel and lemon juice, 2-3 tbsp. finely chopped parsley, 2 tbsp. roasted sesame seeds, salt and pepper.

Beetroot

First, peel the beets and grate them on a fine grater. To it add about a spoonful of lemon zest, finely grated, and lemon juice. Add parsley, ground black pepper and salt and stir. Leave the salad in the refrigerator for half an hour, then pour into a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

The main course is quite easy and very tasty, and it is also ideal for the cold months.

Necessary products: 1 kg. pork, leeks, oil, 2 tsp. red pepper and salt. The leek should be at least 10 stalks - chop it into slices and put it in hot fat with the already fried small pieces of pork. Let them simmer a little more and add the spices, serve the dish warm.

Our second menu starts with the main course, but this time we have chosen a lean recipe. To make it, you need 3 medium-sized eggplants, 200 g of rice, onions, 3 tomatoes, black pepper, parsley, salt and fat.

Wash the aubergines and cut them in half, then leave them for half an hour in salted water. When you take them out, wash and dry them again.

You should fry them in a pan until they soften and with a small spoon make a dent in each half. In a separate bowl, fry the onions, add the rice, and finally season with black pepper, salt and parsley.

Fill the eggplant halves with the mixture and arrange in a saucepan with tomato juice - cover the aubergines with a few pieces of tomato and a piece of butter. Leave the dish on low heat for half an hour.

The dessert is very quick and easy - you mix 200 grams of flour and 100 grams of sugar. Add four eggs to them and stir until the mixture is uniform, then add melted butter for about 30 years.

Stir and start pouring a little fresh milk - the amount of milk you will need is a liter. Finally, add vanilla - stir the mixture until it is completely smooth, then pour into a greased form - bake for about 35-40 minutes in a low oven. Serve chilled.
