A full breakfast is the best start to the day. And if you have a little more free time, you can make an effort other than making sandwiches and give yourself a really "warming" start after waking up. Here are some recipes for a different breakfast, which will not only satiate you for a long time, but also bring you a better mood.

Spicy potatoes with scrambled eggs, seasoned with cumin

Necessary products:

2 peeled potatoes, 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, 3 eggs, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp. ground coriander, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp salt.

Method of preparation:

Pierce the potatoes with a fork so that their skin cracks afterwards. Put them in the microwave until they cook well inside. When the potatoes are fully cooked, peel them and cut them into octopuses. Set them aside.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, break the three eggs and stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In another pan, heat two tablespoons of oil. Then add salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric and chili powder. Pour the pre-cooked potatoes in the microwave and cook until crispy and browned. Serve with scrambled eggs.

Pancakes with corn and hot peppers, drizzled with yogurt and dill sauce

Necessary products:

1 and 1/2 teaspoon yogurt, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, about 3 tablespoons lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper, 2 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil, 3 teaspoons corn, 2 medium hot peppers - finely chopped chopped (leave the seeds for a more spicy taste or remove them if you do not like the dish to be too spicy), 3 green onion stalks - finely chopped, 1/2 tea cup corn flour, 1/4 tea cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda powder, 2 eggs - lightly beaten, 1/2 teaspoon buttermilk, vegetable fat for frying.

Method of preparation:

Mix yogurt with dill and lemon juice, season to taste with salt and pepper and mix well all products. Set aside the sauce.

Heat the oil in a wide pan over medium-high heat. Add corn, peppers and green onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, until vegetables are soft and browned. Once they are ready, transfer them to a wide bowl.

Mix together the cornflour, flour, baking soda and 1 teaspoon of salt in a medium bowl. In another bowl, mix the eggs with the buttermilk. Add the flour mixture to the bowl with the fried corn, then pour the eggs with buttermilk and mix everything well.

In a frying pan pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Wait for the fat to heat up and carefully pour the prepared mixture into the form of small pancakes. Fry them until the edges turn brown - about 4 minutes. Adjust the heat of the hob as needed to prevent burns. Carefully turn the pancakes over to fry on both sides. Then transfer them to kitchen paper to absorb excess fat from them. Keep them warm.

Fry the whole pancake mixture. Between the batches, remove the accidentally dropped corn kernels in the pan so they don't burn and add extra frying oil if necessary.

Sandwich with mayonnaise, eggs, bacon and Sriracha sauce

Necessary products:

3 eggs, 2 slices of wholemeal bread, 5 slices of bacon, half an onion, white cheddar cheese, garlic paste, Sriracha-hot sauce, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, light mayonnaise for spreading.

Method of preparation:

Fry olive oil in a large pan. Add the chopped onion, a teaspoon of garlic paste, a little salt and pepper. Cook until onions are caramelized. In another pan, fry the pieces of bacon. Meanwhile, break the three eggs, but do not understand their yolks.

Lightly bake the two slices of bread on the toaster. Pour the eggs into the pan with the onions. Place the sliced Cheddar cheese on top and between the yolks. Sprinkle with black pepper and cover with a lid for a while. Meanwhile, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the slices. Arrange them in a flat plate. Once the eggs are ready and the cheese has melted, carefully place the eggs on the toasted slices. Place the bacon pieces on top. Crack the yolk, which should have remained slightly loose during frying, and sprinkle the breakfast on top with the hot Sriracha sauce.
