How did we create Balance Rice?

It is a known fact that brown rice is a whole grain rice rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. Its brown layer contains fiber, and the germ is rich in magnesium, calcium, iron, vitamin E and B vitamins.

Unfortunately, its preparation takes too long, during which the useful substances decrease. And its fibers irritate the delicate gastric mucosa.

After cooking, brown rice remains firm and is not suitable for preparing traditional Bulgarian dishes, but rather is preferred by people who follow a diet.

White rice is soft and delicate. With it, the brown layer is removed. Thus we get a tasty and easier to prepare product that is poorer in nutrients.

In our desire to contribute to the healthy nutrition of the family and at the same time to preserve the traditional taste, we created Balance rice.

Its special processing preserves a large part of the vitamins and minerals found in the germ, and the fibers and unsaturated fatty acids from the surface brown layer of the grain are optimally preserved.

Balance rice is cooked at the same time as white, it is tasty and useful. It can be used to prepare traditional dishes, while taking care of our family to eat well.

It is suitable for all recipes that use white rice - stuffed peppers, chicken with rice, milk with rice and many others.

Our recipe

Stuffed Vegetables Balance

Necessary products: 200 g Balance Krina rice, 2 zucchini, 1 tomato, 4 peppers, 1 eggplant, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, 2 carrots, 400 g minced meat, 200 g sour cream, salt, mint, paprika to taste

Method of preparation: Carve and clean the vegetables. Fry onions and garlic in a little olive oil, add finely chopped carrots and minced meat. After frying the minced meat, add Balance Crina rice, salt, mint and paprika to taste.

Pour 2 tea cups of boiling water and leave on low heat for 15 minutes. Fill the vegetables with the stuffing and arrange them in a pan. Finely chop the inside of the vegetables, mix with sour cream and salt and pour over the vegetables. Put in a moderate oven while baking.
