Noodles are a great choice for breakfast, from which you can make a delicious homemade pie or a tempting dessert. And there is nothing tastier than homemade noodles.

Necessary products: 500 ml of fresh milk, 15 eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1.5 kg of flour.

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with the salt until foamy. Then pour the flour into a large enough pan and start slowly adding the beaten eggs while stirring slowly.

When you add the whole mixture to the flour, knead the dough. You should get a medium soft and smooth dough suitable for rolling.

Divide the dough into fifteen balls (make a separate ball for each egg) and leave them in a lightly floured tray. Cover the spoiled dough with a damp cloth or cheesecloth. Then start rolling the balls sequentially to about two millimeters.

If the weather allows, spread the rolled dough on a tablecloth in a sunny place so that your homemade noodles can dry. If not, do the same, but in a suitable room.

Once your homemade noodles are dry, turn the oven to 50 degrees and put some of it in a suitable pan. Leave in the oven until the noodles are completely dry. Then add the rest. Divide the homemade noodles prepared in this way into paper bags (15 pcs.). Store in a cool, dry place.

Noodles for breakfast

In a greased pan, place a packet of noodles and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake until golden. At the same time in a saucepan boil a liter of water or milk (according to preference) and sweeten with sugar about 1 cup.

Pour boiling water or milk over the baked noodles. Return to the oven and bake until the noodles absorb the liquid. The delicious breakfast is tolerated on top and optionally garnished with grated cheese.
