3. Remove the yolks and mash them with a spoon in a bowl if you have chosen to cut the egg in width. Add olive oil, mayonnaise or guacamole to the yolks, depending on which additive is most suitable for the prepared dish. If you have chosen to cut the egg lengthwise, cut the two halves once more lengthwise so as to obtain four elongated elements.
4. Carefully place the crushed and flavored yolks in the egg white cups. Place the two stuffed eggs as a decoration to the already prepared dish, choosing exactly where they should be in relation to it. It is recommended that they be at two opposite ends of the plate.
The other option is to place the four slices (of the second method) of eggs on the periphery of the plate.
5. Garnish the eggs with fresh mint or parsley to give the dish an even more aesthetic look.
