You can stock up on packets of walnuts, cereal sprouts or crackers. If there is a refrigerator in the office, you can get yogurt or something meaty. This way you will have enough products to make breakfast and even lunch.
Replace coffee with tea. Although coffee has its advantages, many people abuse it during working hours and at the end of the day feel tired, unaware that the reason may be in the coffee.
Learn to alternate coffee with green or herbal tea with lemon and you will feel better. This way you will both be charged with energy and you will take in enough fluids. Remember that although it is a hot drink, tea cools very well on hot summer days.
