The cereal regime is recommended for purification of the body, as well as for losing extra pounds. In addition, the cereal regime also serves to clarify the mind.
The grain regime does not last only 10 days, as many people believe. To be effective, the cereal regime must be followed for 30 days.
During the first 10 days the body prepares for the regime, followed by 10 days of the actual wheat regime and then another 10 days, during which the body is carefully fed.
For the cereal regime to be effective, it must start on a certain date. For 2013, the dates are June 26, as well as July 24 and August 26. In September the date is the 23rd, the same is the appropriate date in October.
In November, the wheat regime begins on the 20th, and in December - on the 18th of the month. These dates are valid for the start of the actual wheat regime, after the body is already prepared with a ten-day regime.
With the help of the grain regime the organism is cleansed of all slags and toxins that have accumulated for a long time.
Ten days before the start of the actual wheat diet, you should switch to a vegetarian diet. Emphasis should be on bananas, figs, dried fruits, beans, carrots, spinach, avocados.
It is recommended to reduce the consumption of rice, bread and pasta, soy, beets, lentils, honey. Before the actual wheat diet, you should abstain from alcohol, coffee and cigarettes for 10 days.
The cereal regime is carried out with the help of walnuts, honey, lemons, wheat, apples and spring water. Instead of common wheat, the use of einkorn is recommended. For the ten days regime are enough 90 walnuts, 1 kg of einkorn, 30 apples.
Every day, eat 3 apples, 9 walnuts, 100 grams of wheat and 8 glasses of water with added honey and lemon juice.
Einkorn or wheat must be soaked from the previous day. Soak 100 grams every day, which will be consumed the next day. The water must be at room temperature so that it can germinate quickly.
After 8 hours of soaking in water, the beans are drained and left to germinate until morning. Wheat is divided into three and consumed three times a day in combination with walnuts and apples. It can be sweetened with honey.
The wheat is chewed about a hundred times before being swallowed, as well as the apple and walnuts. Once the cereal regime is over, the body is nourished. This means that you have to eat vegetarian food again for 10 days.
Then gradually switch to the usual diet, but overeating is not recommended, as well as consumption of fatty and heavy foods.
