Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces. Boil for 5 minutes in salted water. Chop the onion and bacon and fry in a little oil. Add the drained pumpkin and fry. Add the eggs, cream and grated yellow cheese. Season with black pepper, nutmeg and salt and remove from the heat.
Spread the dough on the bottom of a greased pan. It presses well against the walls and bottom. Pour the pumpkin mixture over this base. Sprinkle with chopped blue cheese and mint leaves. Bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
