Pour about 300 milliliters of water into the pan, place the steamer and arrange the vegetables on it - potatoes (unpeeled, cut in half lengthwise), zucchini (unpeeled, sliced), onions (peeled and cut into large pieces), cabbage (cut into thick slices)). There must be enough air between the products (ie not crammed) so that they can absorb enough steam and cook well. Boil on low heat with the lid closed for about 25 minutes. Flights with olive oil or sauce and spices are served.
