Lucas has already filed a lawsuit against the fast food chain, after first writing to McDonald's e-mail, where he complained about the unacceptable attitude of their employee.
The chain apologized and offered the offended American from the state of California compensation for free hamburgers, but that was not enough for him.
The dissatisfied customer says that because of the employee's insult he received a psychological trauma that free burgers cannot compensate.
Lucas is determined to sue McDonald's, and it is not yet known how much he is claiming.
The fast food chain is often the subject of lawsuits from its customers.
Last year, a woman from the state of California managed to convict McDonald's for the phenomenal sum of two million dollars, after she burned herself with coffee in one of the restaurants.
Joan Fino, 74, has filed a lawsuit against the fast food chain, claiming that the company suffered second-degree burns due to the excessively hot coffee she accidentally spilled.
The incident took place in the California town of Clovis. The elderly lady visited the McDonald's restaurant, which serves drivers without leaving her vehicle, and receiving her cup of coffee from the waitress, the woman poured herself with it.
