You will easily make an effective foam for cappuccino and coffee, if you have a coffee machine with a steam attachment, with the help of which you will make milk foam.

You need fresh milk, preferably whole milk, which is poured into a jug to half the container. Then fill the machine with water and wait for it to warm up. The steam tube is placed in the milk.

If it is not marked where to put the tube, immerse it to two or three centimeters. In the process of making milk foam, move the container with the milk up and down, but very carefully so as not to spill the milk.

You can also rotate the milk container around its axis. Try to avoid the hissing sound that results from the formation of air bubbles in the milk.

After twenty seconds, switch off the machine or at least the steam attachment. The ideal foam that forms in this way should be creamy, with a minimum amount of air bubbles. It should be dense, not porous.

Monitor the temperature of the milk. It should not boil, because after boiling the milk foam will immediately fall and your efforts will be in vain.

The best temperature for making milk foam is determined as follows: if you cannot hold the hot milk container with your bare hands for more than five seconds, the temperature is perfect. It is about 60-89 degrees.

Once the foam is ready, add warm milk to the espresso to make a cappuccino, and place the foam on top with a spoon. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

When making coffee with milk foam, pre-stir the foam lightly with a spoon to grab the milk from the bottom of the bowl. After two turns of the spoon, transfer the foam to the espresso cup using a teaspoon.

If you do not have a special machine for making cappuccino or with an attachment for milk foam, this is not a reason to give up the idea of coffee or cappuccino with thick fluffy foam.

Pour milk into a small saucepan, heat it over low heat until

60-89 degrees and begin to gently and slowly stir it with a spoon. Do not boil it. Milk foam will decorate your coffee and enrich its taste.
