The first breakfast consists of 100 grams of finely chopped pineapple, which is mixed with 100 milliliters of skim yogurt and 2 teaspoons of oatmeal. This delicious breakfast contains 170 calories.

The second breakfast, which is consumed before lunch or in the afternoon, consists of a hard-boiled egg and a slice of rye bread, spread thinly with butter, on which is placed a piece of salmon of 20 grams. This breakfast contains 220 calories.
