There are several regimes with buckwheat - one of them is a monodiet, that is, all the time you eat only buckwheat. The buckwheat grains are soaked - one glass of it is poured with two glasses of water.

The diet lasts seven days, and here's what to eat through each of them:
- On the first day, have breakfast with a bowl of boiled buckwheat and about 250 ml of fresh milk. For lunch you can prepare a delicious salad of tomatoes, roasted peppers and onions. Add about 100 g of yellow cheese. A glass of warm milk is recommended for drinking. Dinner on the first day contains no more than two boiled potatoes, a slice of wholemeal bread and red beets, which you can season with a little low-fat cream;
- The second day starts with the same breakfast as on the first day. Lunch includes vegetable salad - about 150 g, 2 boiled potatoes and boiled fish. For dinner, serve two boiled eggs, a glass of milk and for garnish - a salad of fresh cabbage, some onions and sunflower oil;
- On the third day, the first meal provides a regular glass of milk, but this time combined with about 50 g of hard cheese and a slice of wholemeal bread. At lunch, drink a glass of apple juice (freshly prepared), 100 g of vegetable salad and a piece of boiled chicken. Dinner is the same as on the second day;
- On the fourth day you eat the same breakfast as on the third day, but without the cheese. For lunch, eat about 100 g of buckwheat, a small piece of beef, always cooked, and 2 oranges. Dinner includes 150 g of tomato and onion salad and 100 g of cooked rice. For drinking - a glass of milk.
- On the fifth day, have breakfast with orange and a glass of fruit milk. For lunch eat chicken [grilled steak], 2 pcs. potatoes and a cup of tea, and for dinner are recommended one apple and grapefruit and a glass of orange juice;
- On the penultimate day of the diet breakfast with buckwheat and milk - as on the first day. At lunch, eat 150 g of boiled beef and the same amount of boiled potatoes. You can complement the lunch with apple and orange. For dinner, 100 g of boiled rice in combination with cabbage salad and grapefruit are allowed;
- The last day provides breakfast with buckwheat and fresh milk, and for lunch - boiled fish (about 200 g), 100 g of boiled potatoes, a glass of orange juice and an apple. Dinner includes grilled chicken, vegetable salad of choice, a slice of wholemeal bread and a glass of apple juice.
