Nowadays, our diet is one of the other tasks we have to do for the day. We rarely have breakfast, and if we do, we eat greasy pies and pretzels, we have lunch on foot. Then we arrive at a late dinner.
For more people who work during the day, I don't even have time to go out for lunch and have lunch in peace. It often happens that we eat a sandwich or a quick salad in front of the computer in the office.

Soups are small in quantity and low in calories. If you eat one soup for lunch, by early afternoon you will be hungry again. Therefore, it is better to bet on soups in the evening, especially if you want to lose weight. This will fill your stomach with fluids and you will feel full by the time you fall asleep. But that doesn't do much for lunch, does it?
Lettuce
Lettuce itself is a healthy eating choice. But only if you have decided to lose weight. Then you can eat a salad for lunch. But if you do not have health problems, the salad, like the soup, will not satiate you for a long time, as it is low in calories. If you do not add to it any other protein such as steak or main dish containing meat, you will stay hungry until the end of the day. You can bet on a salad that also has meat - for example, Caesar salad.
