For tapenade sauce you need 2 cloves of garlic, 300 grams of pitted black olives, 1 tablespoon of rum, 1 tablespoon of capers, 150 milliliters of olive oil, salt, 2 handfuls of olives for decoration.

Onions and carrots are cleaned, the tongue is washed and put in a pot of water. Once it boils, remove the foam and add the carrots and onions. Boil for two and a half hours and add salt 15 minutes before the end of cooking.

Prepare the tapenade sauce by cleaning the garlic, chopping finely and adding the olives, garlic and capers. Everything is strained. Add the olive oil and rum in a thin stream. Stir and leave in the refrigerator.

The rice is washed and boiled with a glass of water. The boiled tongue is washed with cold water and the skin is removed, then cut into cubes.

Onions are cleaned, cut into large pieces, garlic cloves are cut in half. Cut a bunch of parsley into small pieces. In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour the fat and heat, add the onion, garlic, parsley. After 3 minutes add the wine and after 10 minutes add the tomatoes and ketchup.

Once it boils, add the white fish and after ten minutes the dish is ready. Serve by pouring a lot of sauce on each piece of fish. Season with pepper and salt to taste.

To make the menu really impressive, prepare a French kiss cake. You need 5 egg whites, 300 grams of sugar, 2 tablespoons of starch, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 50 grams of sliced almonds, 400 grams of bananas, 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 600 milliliters of sour cream.

The whites are smashed in the snow. Separately mix the starch with the vinegar. Add the sugar to the egg whites, gradually adding a little of it and beating. Very carefully add the starch and stir.

A round pan is lined with baking paper and a beautiful pile of whipped egg whites is formed on it, forming a circle about 25 centimeters in diameter. With a fork, beautiful waves form on the proteins. Sprinkle with half the almonds and bake in a preheated 140 degree oven for 1 hour. The oven is switched off, but the marshmallow is not removed until it cools down.

One third of the bananas are mashed and powdered sugar is added, followed by the cream. Place the kissing cake on a cake plate, spread the banana filling on top and decorate with sliced bananas. Sprinkle with the remaining almonds.

It is good to put the cream on the marsh just before serving to keep the marsh crispy.
