1. Parsley tea

The simplest thing you can make is parsley juice or tea. Healthy fluid is taken 3-4 times a day before meals and helps to lose weight, stress and tension.

You can use 2 methods to make parsley tea / juice. The first method is for a small amount - a few sprigs of parsley are washed, wrapped in cheesecloth and squeezed.

The second method is used in larger quantities. With it you need a manual juicer, which is designed for sprouts. But if you do not have such a juicer, you can also use a blender, and in addition to the parsley stalks you need to add a few teaspoons of juice or water.

2. Honey and parsley

The combination with honey and parsley is most useful in kidney inflammation. It is prepared by grinding half a kilogram of parsley in a meat grinder, adding 200 grams of honey and taking 1 tablespoon of this mixture twice a day.

3. Parsley, celery and honey

A mixture of leaves of 1 sprig of parsley, a few sprigs of celery, 150 grams of water and 1 tbsp. honey helps to induce a cycle and even out hormonal imbalances. This mixture is the easiest and fastest way to prepare in a blender.

4. Parsley and protein

When fighting pimples, freckles and wrinkles, you can prepare a mixture of parsley and egg white. As for greater efficiency, the juice of 1 lemon can be added. This doubles the whitening and firming effect.

If you want to use it as a mask, you just have to mix the chopped lemon with the egg white.

5. Coriander and parsley

For the whole cleansing of the body, use coriander and parsley, which go through a blender with 200 ml of water.

In addition to cleansing the body, a mixture of parsley, coriander and 1 tablet of aspirin helps fight acne. Puree everything, do not add water. The resulting mixture is spread and left for about 30 minutes, then washed.

Parsley, although a harmless product, can cause redness when used as a face mask in people prone to allergic reactions. Therefore, before making a mixture with parsley, try it on the inner part of the hand. In case of possible allergic reactions within 15 minutes the place will be red.
