Necessary products: 150 g millet, 1 avocado, 250 g spinach, 50 g sorrel, ½ a bunch of parsley, ½ a bunch of dill, 1-2 sprigs of fresh onion, 1-2 sprigs of fresh garlic, Himalayan salt, cold-pressed olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice
Method of preparation: The millet is soaked in lukewarm water for about 12 hours. Strain and rinse. Chop the avocado, chop the sorrel and spinach. Chop the parsley, dill, onion and garlic. The products are mixed in a suitable bowl. Add the raw soaked millet. The salad is seasoned with Himalayan salt, freshly squeezed lemon juice and cold pressed olive oil.
Warm salad with millet
Necessary products: 100 g millet, 6 asparagus stalks, a handful of almonds, black pepper, salt, 2 tbsp. hemp seed, 1/2 pink tomato
For the dressing: 1 tsp dry oregano, 1 tsp. dried basil, 1 tsp. dried thyme, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 3 tbsp. pumpkin oil, 1 tsp. unpeeled sesame seeds, juice of 1/2 lemon, salt
Method of preparation: The millet is boiled for about 15 minutes. In another saucepan, lightly boil the asparagus in a little water, salt and pepper (or steam). When soft, cut in half into pieces and add the cooked millet, along with almonds. The rest are laid as a basis. The dressing is prepared from the mixed products for it.
Healthy salad with millet
Necessary products: 100 g millet, 100 g red lentils, 1 bunch fresh green onions, 1 tsp. raisins, 2 cloves garlic, 1 slice of ginger, 3 tbsp. walnut oil or olive oil, fresh lemon juice, cinnamon, cumin, pepper to taste, salt
Method of preparation: Millet and lentils are boiled in salted water. Drain and mix with pepper, cinnamon and cumin. Stir and allow to cool.
Finely chop the fresh onion, garlic and ginger. In a suitable bowl, mix the cooked millet and lentils, onions and raisins. Season with lemon juice and walnut oil. Stir the salad well before serving.
