Boil on low heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter at the end, a little salt and a grated tomato. Boiled pumpkin salad is also consumed, supplemented with grated apple, sprinkled with lemon juice.
Dinner is roasted pumpkin, smeared with a little honey.
Second day
Fruit salad of fruit of your choice, with the addition of boiled pumpkin. Lunch is vegetable soup and roasted pumpkin sprinkled with walnuts and honey. Dinner is baked apples and 150 grams of nonfat cottage cheese.
Third day
Breakfast is stewed pumpkin with oatmeal and vegetable salad of choice, complemented by boiled pumpkin. Lunch is soup balls, but without construction, with the addition of dessert in the form of boiled and mashed pumpkin, mixed with egg and a little honey and baked until golden in the oven. Dinner is a fruit salad of pineapple and pumpkin and 150 grams of skim yogurt.
Fourth day
Breakfast is a fruit salad of your choice with the addition of boiled pumpkin and 100 grams of stewed pumpkin with oatmeal. Lunch is a vegetable soup of your choice, and a rich salad or lean stuffed peppers. Dinner is ragout with pumpkin and vegetables. It is prepared from boiled and then stewed pumpkin, which is mixed with stewed mushrooms, zucchini, carrots and onions.
After the end of the pumpkin diet should not be overdone, in the first days consume mostly light foods - fish, chicken, cottage cheese, vegetables and fruits.
