Add to the stove and hops. Then cool the resulting liquid and leave it uncovered to saturate with oxygen. Strain.

For this you will need 2.5 kilograms of sprouted beans, 5 liters of water, 3 cups of hops, half a teaspoon of salt, 50 grams of dry brewer's yeast and 100 milliliters of sugar syrup. It is made from 100 milliliters of water and 50 grams of sugar, which are boiled until the syrup thickens.

The beans are mixed with water, boiled for about two hours and hops are added. Boil for another half hour, strain and cool to 40 degrees.

Add brewer's yeast, salt and sugar syrup, stir and leave to cool for five hours. Pour beer in bottles and leave without caps, and after a day put the caps. After two days your homemade beer can be drunk.
