Peppers can be canned in several ways depending on what you want to cook with them afterwards. You can store them in the freezer, the other option is to preserve them in jars and leave them in a cool, dark place.

If you want to make a can of peppers, which you will later fill, you must pre-blanch the pepper to soften it slightly. You need about a kilo of pepper, a compote jar, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 aspirin.

Boil water in a saucepan - as much as possible. Once the water has boiled, start putting the pre-washed and cleaned peppers in the water. Leave the peppers until they change color.

Then take them out and arrange in the compote jar. Put 1 aspirin and 1 teaspoon of salt on each jar. After arranging them, fill with hot water, if necessary, and seal the jar.

It is important to arrange the peppers while they are still hot, and adding water may not be necessary because the pepper itself will drain into the jar. After sealing it with the cap, turn it upside down.

Mix equal amounts of oil and vinegar and put a teaspoon in the gutted pepper, pour nicely on the inside, then pour back into the bowl and continue with the next pepper. Finally, you arrange them in a tray - the idea is to wither, and leave them overnight. The next day, arrange them in jars and add the juice they put in the pan, seal and boil for about 15 minutes.

If you want to do roasted pepper for a salad in a jar, you can use the above recipe for blanched peppers. It is necessary to wash and clean the pepper, after it dries, bake it evenly.

Start arranging the peppers, finally add two aspirins. Seal and turn upside down with the caps. It is not necessary to bleach them in advance.
