Natasha Grindley, 37, of Liverpool, says she battled the cancer by replacing all the fatty foods she ate before diagnosis with fresh fruit juices.
In 2014, Natasha heard from her doctors the horrifying news that she had stomach cancer and had only weeks to live because she was in the terminal stage of the disease.
The British woman says that the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes in the neck. A course of chemotherapy was immediately prescribed, but Natasha decided to resort to alternative forms of treatment.
As soon as she realizes that she has cancer, she decides to remove from her menu the harmful food, which in her case was all greasy and sweet. Instead, she began drinking freshly squeezed fruit juices.
Within a few months, the tumor began to shrink. However, doctors wanted to continue with chemotherapy because they were not sure if exercise and a healthy diet were enough.
However, the British woman continued her new lifestyle together with the treatment of oncologists. In the end, Natasha was completely healed.
Shortly afterwards, she launched her Facebook page called Heal for Real, where she gives advice and tried and tested recipes for cancer patients.
When I changed my diet, I looked better than before, even though I was very sick and people noticed. I used the food to boost my immune system and prepared my body for chemotherapy, says Natasha, who still believes she owes her life to the juices.
