Many foods contain E's. For example, E407 is carrageenan and is not used in baby food. Animal experiments have been performed and it has been shown that there is a link between E407 and the development of cancer.

From E432 to E436 are polysorbates and in them a connection with various side effects is found. They are banned in many countries around the world.

Many stabilizers, thickeners and emulsifiers have a beneficial effect on the body, but there are others that are detrimental to human health.

Therefore, it is good to be aware of their action and to always read the labels and what a product contains. Without these emulsifiers, many foods will not be edible. With their use, the food becomes more appetizing, fresh and with a long shelf life, but this is not about its health benefits and qualities. They are used in the production of sweets, bread, carbonated drinks, desserts, biscuits, sauces and much more.
