Mix with other vegetables. The fillets are cut into pieces and rolled in pepper and salt. Fry until golden. The vegetables are added to the meat and warmed. Serve flavored with lemon and olive oil.

Roasted turkey is easy to prepare, you can make it without sauerkraut. Rub the turkey inside and out with salt and pepper. Finely chop the turkey liver and fry it with a finely chopped onion.

Mix them with diced and crispy bread, juice of one lemon and two pinches of cumin. Stir and fill the turkey with this mixture.

Sprinkle it with a little lemon juice, smear it with paprika mixed with a little oil. Wrap the turkey in foil and bake for three hours. Half an hour before it is ready, remove the foil to form a crispy crust.

Rabbit with cream sauce is a dish suitable for the festive table. You need one rabbit, salt and pepper to taste, two onions, three carrots, marjoram, oil, liquid cream - according to preference.

The meat is washed, cut, but the rabbit can be roasted whole. The meat is salted and sprinkled with black pepper. Fry until golden brown. Fry the onions and carrots and place in a baking dish.

The meat is placed on them. The cream is mixed with hot water and spices, the meat is poured with the cream sauce and stewed for about an hour. If the water evaporates, add warm water to the dish.
