1. Curry

Hot curry - cayenne pepper, fresh or dried hot peppers with or without seeds, black pepper and mustard oil - these are the ingredients that excite the appetite.
- Vindalu - known as a very spicy dish, extremely popular, in which the meat is marinated in vinegar, spices and hot peppers;
- Madras - also very popular hot curry, but with a sweet and sour taste. Contains ginger, coriander and powdered hot peppers;
- Ceylon - a hotter version of the dish Kashmir. It owes its strong spicy aroma to hot peppers, coriander, black pepper and turmeric.
2. Chicken Tandoori
Chicken cooked in a small clay oven in which the temperature is high and evenly distributed. The chicken in it is cooked quickly, and its specific aroma and reddish color is due to the marinade in a spicy mixture based on yogurt and red food coloring or red pepper.
3. Bombay duck
This concept is confusing because this dish is actually dried fish that is caught near Bombay. It is very tasty grilled or fried and then crushed on another traditional dish, giving it a salty and spicy taste.
4. Headsets
