hot water - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation: Pour a glass of water and dissolve the yeast in it, add sugar and place for 15 minutes until it rises.
Pour the yeast into the bowl, add salt, the remaining water, gradually add the sifted flour. Finally, add olive oil and stir until the dough is elastic.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil and gather the dough in a bowl. Cover with a wet towel and leave in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours.
Then knead the dough once more, divide it into 6 balls and roll them into circles - for example 0.5 cm. Cover them with a towel and let them rest for about 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the oven for a maximum of about 10 minutes. Place the baking tray in the oven so that it heats up.
When the pies have doubled in volume, transfer them to a hot baking tray with parchment paper.
Bake for 4-6 minutes until swollen.
