The more varied the fish, the more magic you will feel when you eat from the fish soup you have prepared. Which logically means that it is good to mix sea fish with freshwater.
Wash the fish well and let them boil in salted water together with a little finely chopped celery root and parsnips. When the fish is ready, take it out and carefully bone it without throwing away its broth - strain it.
In a separate bowl, fry in a little fat finely chopped onions, carrots, red and green peppers. When the vegetables soften, add the fish stock. Reduce the heat and cook until fully cooked.
Mash everything lightly, but only as long as the vegetables become finer, not turn into cream soup.
Return to the hob, add the pieces of fish meat and season with finely chopped celery leaves, parsley, black pepper, devesil and lemon juice.
If necessary, add more salt.
